I note that your tender covers similar work and we would be more than happy to collaborate with whoever is successful in the tender to ensure best use of resources. Both Rachel Ozanne and Dean Olsen would be the key contacts from the Resource Science team here. Also ORC will install flow measuring equipment to answer to the question of whether Thomsons Creek dries up naturally or not. This work would allow us to establish a naturalized flow for this tributary and assess potential residual flows for takes from Thomsons Creek based on any instream values.
